If you have your video on You-Tube you can email us the link and we will include it. The recommended recording time for your video is 2-4 minutes.
Your contribution will be moderated before going live on the site. This may take 1-3 days.
Part 1: Sharing experiences of conscious connections involving nature and the natural world
Here are the instructions and questions we would like you to address:
1. Describe an experience when you connected to nature in a way that was special for you? (include location, sensations, thoughts and feelings)
2. What more can you recall about the experience?
3. Was anyone else involved in the experience?
4. What did you take away or learn from this experience?
5. Who did you tell about it at the time?
6. Is there anything else you want to say?
Note: The research project is not interested in stories involving any ingested substances (e.g. drugs of any kind).
