Coaching with Horses - Coaching with Presence

In association with Zenergy, LeadChange and the Abderry Equestrian Centre, this 1-day workshop provides a rare opportunity for coaches and facilitators to experience a radically different coaching approach - interacting with horses at liberty. Horses give instant, honest, embodied feedback moment-by-moment that reflects back how we are being and behaving around them; they do not role-play!

Through coaching from workshop leaders, other participants and the horses this workshop introduces an embodied approach to coaching that assists participants to develop and deepen their presence and awareness. Learn about horse-whispering and reflexive coaching through deepening your connection, presence and intention when coaching and facilitating others.

What is the difference between good coaching and great coaching?

Great coaching makes use of, and goes beyond the use of processes, tools and techniques.  Great coaches have highly-developed sensory awareness, pick up on energy, ask powerful questions and ‘hold the space’ for their clients by being fully present.
