Marilyn Hunt has been part of the Zenergy team for seven years, based in Wellington. She is a group facilitator, coach and organisational consultant who draws on her experience as a project manager and teacher.
Marilyn works as a facilitator within organisations - in meetings or with teams, in large and small-scale programmes or projects. She also coaches individuals in personal and professional development.
Marilyn is a leader of Zenergy’s facilitation training programmes and coaching training programme, and has delivered these programmes around New Zealand.
Marilyn has worked with a wide variety of organisations, ranging from the Institute of Professional Engineers to the Hutt Valley District Health Board through to charitable organisations. She has designed and delivered in-house training programmes for long-term projects with durations ranging from one to three years.
Marilyn is also an experienced project manager and project analyst, and brings these skills to bear in large scale programmes. Marilyn has used her experience as a project manager to inform her coaching of project teams, and her creation and implementation of co-operative project processes. She sets up processes and coaches project teams in using them as facilitative tools.
Marilyn is training in psychodrama and is an associate member of ANZPA. She completed the Zenergy Diploma of Facilitation in 2001. She has a Bachelors double degree in Public Administration and English Literature and a Diploma of Teaching (Secondary).
