Elisabeth has been a Zenergy facilitator for 10 years with over 15 years experience in consulting and project management in the corporate sector. Her facilitation career started in the IT industry, as a project facilitator on system implementations, focussing on coaching people through organisational change. Her background includes design and facilitation of in-house leadership programs, team development skills, change management, and leading a national team of facilitators in the finance sector.

Elisabeth is working in London with the BBC as a Facilitator and Coach, supporting management and staff in developing their leadership skills and building high performing teams. Elisabeth also has a passion for workplace design and the impact this has on organisations achieving their vision, she works as a change facilitator with clients who are re-designing their office space. Elisabeth's expertise is coaching people to the "heart of the matter" and facilitating real agreements in teams. Elisabeth is an accredited Zenergy trainer and completed her Facilitation Diploma in 2000.

When not facilitating Elisabeth's other passions are hosting great dinner parties and riding horses!
