Laurel is a social change agent who facilitates basic and advanced workshops in ecological intelligence, working well together, leading from the heart, sustainability in action, building resilience and transformational change.

A graduate of Zenergy Laurel works independently and collaboratively as facilitator, coach and project manager with individuals, communities and organisations. Since 1998 she has had a diverse background working with large scale multinational projects, small business, sustainability groups, youth workers, local government, community groups, not-for-profit organisations and women’s groups.

She is trained to facilitate the deep ecology work of Joanna Macy, The Work That Reconnects, Awaken the Dreamer workshop, ETIA Leadership for Women, Avatar and Zenergy Facilitation Classes.

Other facilitation and training credentials include a full membership of the Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators, Diploma of Professional Facilitation, Cert IV in workplace training and assessment, NLP Master Practitioner, MBTI accreditation, Disaster and Crisis Intervention accreditation, as well as conventional qualifications in human services, adult education and training as well as Open Space, Appreciative Enquiry, Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health and Leadership. She is currently studying a MA in Social Ecology.
