Introduction
and Background:
I am a transformational coach, trainer and facilitator, working in leadership,
personal, team and organizational development. I specialize in helping
people find practical outcomes when working with them. I am strongly
committed to helping people find balance in their lives including
their workplace. Bringing balance provides the opportunity for the
spirit of an individual, team or organization to shine. I have a
ready sense of humour and calm manner with which to focus the facilitation
process towards people achieving their goals.

Career
history:
I have worked for both public and private sector organisations in
the past. Roles have involved scientific research and development,
secondary school teaching and management, sales and marketing, and
business management. This includes sales management nationally in
the hazardous waste industry, general management of a training and
development organisation, and working as a facilitator, coach, &
trainer at The Zone and Alive Limited.
What life

our three teenage children and my Mother-in-Law
