Hamish Brown has been a group facilitator, executive coach and organisational
consultant for over 10 years. In that time he has worked with a wide
range of organisations on a wide range of projects, including the
facilitation of large multi-day conferences and in depth projects
aimed at producing organisational and cultural change. Hamish is passionate
about the development of generative capacity in people and organisations.
He has worked
with organisations in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. These
include: Vodafone, Telecom, Wheeler Campbell Recruitment, Adis International,
The Green Party, The Inland Revenue Department, Blue Mountains City
Council, Waikato University, and the National University of Singapore.
Hamish is a
director of Zenergy Ltd. and a leader of Zenergy facilitation and
coaching training programmes. He has trained facilitators throughout
New Zealand and in Australia since 1998 and delivered facilitation
and coaching training projects internally in a number of organisations.
Hamish has a
Masters degree in Dispute Resolution, a postgraduate diploma in
Human Resource Management, a Bachelors degree in philosophy (Ethics)
and a diploma of Facilitation. He is a Psychodramatist and a member
of ANZPA. His thesis in this discipline is entitled From Coping
to Creation - Developing the Capacity to Generate in People.
Hamish is a
mediator and specialises in the resolution of organisational conflict.
His masters thesis is entitled Uncovering a Systemic Approach
to the Mediation of Organisational Conflict.
