Andy is a facilitator and team/organisation development consultant who draws on over 12 years organisational experience. This experience spans a range of service sectors including Banking, Telecommunications, Professional Services and Energy. His current practice is focussed on working with teams to develop the capacity for exceptional performance. This necessarily also involves working with managers and team members to develop their individual leadership capabilities. He has worked with a wide range of organisations including Vodafone, Lucent Technologies, Big Fish, Westpac Banking Corporation and Publicis. Andy has a Masters
Degree (Hons) in Management Science and a Bachelor of Science in
Mathematics. He completed his Zenergy Diploma of Facilitation in
2004 and is a member of the International
Association of Facilitators.
