The Zone Brings Zenergy to Europe

A Stage 1: Art of Facilitation (Sheffield, UK) and a Facilitation  Master Class (Lausanne, Switzerland) were sponsored by our sister company The Zone in October - November. Dale Hunter travelled over to train and coach leaders for the programmes which will now be a regular event in Europe.

Outstanding facilitators now leading Zenergy's programmes in Europe are: Liam Forde (Master Class), Lis Gleed (Stage 1&2), Corina Roobeck (Stage 1) and Dawn Forde (in training).

The theme of the Facilitation Master Class was The flowering of a new era. Notice the serendipitous beam of light in the photo (right)

2012 programmes in Europe are now listed on the Programmes page.

John Dawson - Turkey

John Dawson and his wife Jeannine have moved to Turkey for a year or so. He keeps us up to date with his many awesome adventures. Too many to list here... Includes much friendship, adventure and good food.

Here's a taster:

Our friend Kemal invited us to go to Darende in eastern Anatolia with his family and some friends/disciples of Somancu Baba who started the Sufi school there in the 14th century. It is now the centre for the ‘foundation’ which carries on his work under the guidance of the current Shaikh. It looks pretty well organised, with a variety of services and centres in various cities around Turkey. It was a long night drive, great and cheerful company in the minivan, arriving around 2.30am – to a beautiful, clear starry night (very cold!). The main mosque is built into the side of a cliff with a natural spring running through it – beautiful. The river and gorge have a naturally heated swimming pool system built into the canyon wall!

After breakfast we went to a large long building where we sat in rows, served with tea, and listened to devotional singing (unaccompanied) by 6 men. Wonderful voices and quality – they sang for 1.25hrs – bringing tears to a few eyes around us. Indescribable strength and beauty in the singing. The journey back to Konya was beautiful too – snowy landscapes, white and pristine. A wonderful trip.
