Jennifer Repper

Hi, I would like to introduce myself. I joined AFN after meeting the inspiring Viv McWaters. I am currently working with Rural Solutions SA as a Senior Consultant. My key role is as a program manager with the occasional facilitation role and short consultancies. I enjoy facilitation more than any other role and would like to concentrate my efforts in this field. I am passionate about its role in supporting change and general decision-making.

I am particularly interested in exploring the contribution of systems thinking and facilitation in extension programs. I am looking forward to this conference to meet other “passionates” and to take my first step to becoming an effective facilitator.
